By accessing or using Pine Proxies services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Service description

Pine Proxies provides proxy services, including:

• Static ISP proxies from US Tier-1 carriers
• Private subnets, once they launch
• Technical and customer support

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities, or anything that breaks the law
• Harassment, abuse or harm to others
• Spam, phishing or other malicious activity
• Unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Copyright infringement or other intellectual property violations

4. Payment and billing

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

5. Refund policy

Pine Proxies has a strict refund policy. Please read it before you buy.

By purchasing a service, you waive your right to a refund. Because of the nature of our services, we don’t offer refunds of any kind after a lease renews. The moment you buy, your IPs are reserved for you, and the purchase is completely non-refundable after delivery. If you don’t fully agree with this refund policy, please don’t buy any product or service from us.

Pine Proxies may penalize you or suspend your services if you try to get around this refund policy. By purchasing, you agree to waive any right to a chargeback, refund or credit, except where the law requires one.

We don’t give refunds when a third-party platform or website restricts, blocks or blacklists access because of your behavior, region or purpose.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.994% network uptime, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen events can affect availability. Enterprise customers with a written SLA are covered by its terms.

7. Limitation of liability

Pine Proxies isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages that result from your use of our services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you break these terms, or for any other reason we consider necessary.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If you keep using our services after a change, you accept the updated terms.
